The Porterville Police Department needs our help! They found a young child wandering in the area of Putnam Avenue and Leggett streets at about 5:30 am this morning.....No parents anywhere! No guardians or anyone that knew the child. They think that the child's name is David, but that has not been confirmed. If you have seen or know this child and who his parents might be....PLEASE contact the Porterville Police Department ASAP at 559-782-7400!!
