LEANN RIMES: "Greatest Hits Christmas"

Christmas is a time for sweet surprises... LeAnn Rimes thinks to too!

She's surprising us with a new album, "Greatest Hits Christmas" full of holiday classics like "Rocking Around The Christmas Tree" and songs from Hallmark movie soundtracks including, "You and Me and Christmas." Plus, its got two original new songs and a couple of duets - one with the sensational Luke Evans and another with Gavin DeGraw! Surprise! Surprise!

LeAnn is the most delightful, down-to-earth, REAL person! You're gonna love this conversation and maybe you'll think of another Christmas classic that could have been on the album, once you've listened.

And hey, after you've enjoyed this episode, look for LeAnn in her new role as Dixie on 9-1-1 Nashville. She's fantastic! ~ Delilah

To All Things There Is A Season

Welcome to the season of gratitude, the season of Thanksgiving, the season where we celebrate food, sharing, family and faith. We really should be celebrating Thanksgiving and gratitude all year round. However, to everything there is a season and a time for every purpose under heaven.

Everything has it's appointed time, a time to be born, a time to die, a time to plant, a time to harvest. There's a time for sorrow, there's a time for joy. Our problem is we like to think we're in control of those seasons. Here's the thing we don't get to control or redirect or decide when these seasons are gonna happen in our lives. My faith teaches me that is up to God. When we trust in God's timing...He will get us through anything. When we can rest in knowing that his plan is probably better than our plan miracles can happen. I hope you enjoy this episode.

Al PITRELLI: Trans-Siberian Orchestra

Al Pitrelli, Trans-Siberian Orchestra's main lead guitarist and live musical director, spends time talking heart-to-heart with us today.

TSO is the biggest holiday touring act in the history of the United States, playing to multi-generational, family-friendly crowds for over 25 years. Since 1999, they've played over 2,000 Winter Tour shows for more than 20 million fans and donated over $20 million to local charities.

Always a high-octane, pyrotechnic extravaganza, this year's program, "The Ghosts of Christmas Eve", will feature an all-new production alongside a special second set of hits and fan-favorites that includes a 25th-anniversary salute to Beethoven's Last Night.

A TSO Christmas concert is something my family looks forward to year after year. Once you attend, you'll be hooked too! Listen in!

It Is Never Too Late To Move Forward

There are many ways that we end up staying stuck, mostly trying to re-create what will never be again. The inability to get back to a time or a place when things felt comfortable is a fool’s errand and it never ends well.

Being stuck in the past is heartbreaking. Instead we can try to accept what is and move forward with God. It is never too late to look inside and try to move forward. I hope you enjoy this podcast.

Put It In God's Hands

This entire podcast is meant to encourage you to put everything in God’s hands. He cares as much about the small things as he does about big things. I know it can be hard to trust sometimes, it can be nearly impossible. It’s not something you do once it’s a process you do over and over and over. I promise you it’s worth it. I hope you enjoy this episode.

There Is Always A Way

There is a way to get through anything when you have God by your side, not as a crutch, not as a Band-Aid, but as the king of kings. He will lift you up and carry you through the floodwaters, he will hold onto you when you feel like you’re drowning under your tears, he will reach down from on high and grab you and pull you out of the flames of addiction, the flames of betrayal, he will set your feet on solid ground. When you think you can’t take another step God will take that step for you and carry you. I promise you with God all things are possible.

WILLIAM H. MACY: "Soul on Fire"

Stage and screen legend, William H. Macy, joins us to talk about a powerful new film - in theaters this Friday 10/10 - "Soul on Fire".  The movie is based on the true story of motivational author and speaker, John O'Leary, who survived near-fatal burns as a child, and went on to inspire millions.

William portrays Jack Buck, baseball announcer for the St. Louis Cardinals at the time of John's accident. Jack was instrumental in John's recovery and William nailed the part. He talks about the movie, of course, but we get to know William too. To our delight, he's a low-key, affable guy with a great deal of gratitude for his life and love for his family. Listen in to hear who inspired William to become the man his is today. ~ Delilah
