If you're out there making Wednesday dolls bald - stop it right now! This coming from Jenna Ortega herself.
In anticipation of Wednesday season 2, and the fact that it's October/Spooky Season at last, plush Wednesday dolls have hit the shelves. The doll is wearing Wednesday's school outfit from the show and features her infamous bangs and signature pigtails hairstyle.
Well, fans have discovered that you can flip the bangs over to make the doll appear bald, and it's becoming a trend on social media, as depicted in the video below. But, after catching wind of the trend, Wednesday Addams AKA Jenna Ortega, commented on one of the videos saying "Please don't."
Multiple videos are making the rounds on TikTok of the bald Wednesday dolls, with some videos actually showing the reverse and undoing all of the bald hairstyles, restoring Wednesday to her pigtail glory. And one video even shows a note from store management, begging their customers to stop. The note read, "PLEASE DO NOT FLIP HAIR (we get it she's bald underneath). Thank you."
Season 2 of Wednesday is supposed to air sometime in 2025 as confirmed by Netflix. The first season of the show debuted on the streaming service in November 2022.
