On Tuesday's edition of Good Morning America, Taylor Swift announced that she'll be opening the October 9 American Music Awards with a performance of "I Did Something Bad." As Billboard notes, it will be Swift's first award-show performance in nearly three years. Swift, who's won 19 AMAs over the course of her career, is up for Artist of the Year alongside Drake, Imagine Dragons, Post Malone, and one of her best friends and collaborators, Ed Sheeran.
