Katy Perry is going to the dogs--literally--in the new video for her single "Small Talk." The pastel-colored video revolves around a dog show, where Perry and her adorable pooch meet their match: a handsome man with a very good boy of his own. (Spoiler alert: Both humans and animals live happy ever after!) Between the glamorous old-school scenes of classic California cool and the winking puns (the show is called "The Mutt Ball: Making Fetch Happen"), it's an all-around win.
