A Florida man was arrested after he routinely evaded highway tolls for several months by using a James Bond-like method. Police say 70-year-old Robert Craig Davis developed a remote-control device that dropped a black curtain over his license plate as he drove underneath toll cameras so he couldn't be billed for the toll. Police were made aware of him after someone took a video of him cheating the toll and shared it on Twitter. But it still took several months before cops were able to track him down. Earlier this month, an off-duty cop spotted his minivan and reported his location to a fellow officer who pulled him over and discovered the device inside the car. Davis was placed under arrest and charged with organized fraud and petty theft.
