Eddie Murphy To Host "SNL" For 1st Time In 35 Years

Saturday Night Live has seen a ton of talented comedians cross its stage over the past half century, perhaps none more dynamic than Eddie Murphy. But, aside from a straight-faced cameo during the sketch series' 40th anniversary telecast in 2015, Murphy hasn't hosted the show since 1984. Well, that will all change on December 21, when the legendary funnyman will return to host SNL for the first time in 35 years. Other notable musical guests and hosts set for the upcoming season, which premieres September 28, include Taylor Swift, Billie Eilish, Camila Cabello, Kristen Stewart, and Woody Harrelson.
