Lots of people form special bonds with animals, but one Georgia man's connection is rather unusual. As WAGT-TV reports, a hummingbird keeps returning the man's home every spring. Tattooed former SWAT member Mike Cardenaz found the tiny bird on his porch four years ago with broken feathers and unable to fly. So Cardenaz provided the bird--who he named Buzz--with a diet of Pedialyte and sugar for eight weeks until he recovered and was able to fly again. The following year, Buzz returned in the spring and landed right on Cardenaz's hand. This year Cardenaz was worried when Buzz was a little later than usual, but the bird recently arrived to greet his old buddy once again.
