“Dark Knight" Trilogy Will Return To Theaters for Batman's 80th Birthday

Warner Bros. is celebrating the 80th birthday of Batman by bringing Christopher Nolan’sDark Knighttrilogy back to theaters in high-resolution 70mm IMAX. The AP reports that the limited engagement will kick off in Los Angeles at Universal CityWalk on March 30 with back-to-back screenings ofBatman Begins, The Dark KnightandThe Dark Knight Rises. At the event, Nolan will also participate in a Q&A between the second and third films. On April 13, the trilogy will screen in New York, San Francisco, Toronto, and Indianapolis, where audiences can also see footage from Nolan’s Q&A. Tickets go on sale Wednesday, March 13, at 9 a.m. PT.
