While the TV landscape grows littered with reboots of '90s sitcoms, it seems over at the movies, a year is long enough to wait to bring back a big-screen franchise. Deadline reports that Disney is already in talks to reboot its Pirates of the Caribbeanfranchise, despite the fact that the fifth and most recent flick in the long-running series debuted in 2017. The outlet adds that Deadpool writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick are being lined up write the script, but it's unknown if Johnny Depp will be brought back as leading man Captain Jack Sparrow.
