American Idol Season 2 rivals-turned-pals Clay Aiken and Ruben Studdard are teaming up for a holiday music- and comedy-filled Broadway show, Ruben & Clay's First Annual Christmas Carol Family Fun Pageant Spectacular Reunion Show (or, if it's easier, Ruben & Clay's Christmas Show). According to Broadway.com, the show represents the first time the pair will perform together "on a national stage" since the Idol finale. "It's been fifteen years since we met on American Idol, and coming back together again, to celebrate the holidays, feels like the best and biggest gift we could both ask Santa for this year!" Aiken said in a statement, while Studdard added, "Christmas is about family, friends and fun. Clay and I can't wait to bring all those things together on Broadway this December." The two also teased the show with a funny YouTube video in which they crack each other up telling corny knock-knock jokes. Previews start December 7, and the show opens on December 11 and goes through December 30.
