How did a car wind up dangling from Toronto's Millwood Overpass Bridge on Wednesday morning? Police are saying it was a prank, but add that it's no laughing matter. "We can't just have people pulling pranks like this, tying objects underneath bridges. It's not just a nuisance factor, it's the safety factor," Constable Victor Kwong told CBC News. Added Capt. Adrian Ratushniak of Toronto Fire Services, "I haven't seen anything like this in 30 years...Obviously, someone had intentionally put it up there, because it was tied to a winch system." BuzzFeed adds that it's also being treated as an act of mischief because the blue sedan had been emptied out, had no engine or license plate and was surrounded by caution tape when police arrived. Authorities cut down the car later that day, while Twitter has come up with some hilarious conspiracy theories about how it got there. "Isn't it obvious?" one online sleuth tweeted. "Spider-Man caught some bad guys and left them hanging in their car for the police to come and arrest them, but they must have jumped out and got away."
