Fleetwood Mac announced a massive North American tour on Wednesday while also clarifying why founding member Lindsey Buckingham was booted from the band. "Words like 'fired' are ugly references as far as I’m concerned. Not to hedge around, but we arrived at the impasse of hitting a brick wall," Mick Fleetwood tells Rolling Stone. "We made a decision that we could not go on with him. Majority rules in term of what we need to do as a band and go forward." He also told CBS News, "This is absolutely a new band." Meanwhile, the tour kicks off on October 3 in Tulsa and will hit more than 50 U.S. and Canadian cities before wrapping up on April 5, 2019, in Philadelphia. Tickets go on sale May 4. They'll be in Fresno December 6. Here's the whole list of tour dates.
