Got a list of the 9 things that skinny people always seem to be eating/drinking.  Maybe there's a secret in all this.  (Let's hope it's not "eating moderately."  That's no fun.)

1. Popcorn.  Especially air-popped popcorn. 

2. Nuts. 

3. Spicy foods?

4. Water.

5. Fruit.

6. Oats.

7. Chicken.

8. Breakfast.

And...

9. Dark chocolate.

Listen this morning and we'll elaborate on all these and see if we can't...

And

(B) drop a few lbs.
