Dave here.  Here are the BEST TIPS EVER for combating these awful allergies...

Tree and grass pollen can blow into your house even if you open your window a crack.  DON'T DO IT!  Then, if it gets stuffy, run the AC.  If you're still wheezing, invest in an air purifier with a HEPA filter.

Download the pollen.com app so you'll know when to avoid going out.

Wear sunglasses on windy days.  Actually lessens those itchy eyes.

Those who consume yogurt with the probiotic L. casei often seem to suffer fewer symptoms.

Those who take the highest amount of omega 3 also often see improvement.

If you prefer to walk or run outdoors, do so in the afternoon when pollen counts are lower.

Take an antihistamine BEFORE BED since some meds can make you drowsy.  Plus, some take an hour or two to kick in, so you'll be ready the next day after they've had the overnight hours to take effect.

Now, blow your nose and get on with it.  Sniff.  DaveT
