Wingsuit daredevil Joby Ogwyn's gonna do it!

This 39-year-old from Louisiana has done this wingsuit thing a lot and he also has history with Everest.  Not so long ago, he became the youngest American to ever climb the world's tallest peak at age 24, setting the world record for fastest ascent at 9 1/2 hours.  Then, a few years ago, he tested conditions for his wingsuit by jumping out of a plane up close to Everest.

Now, Ogwyn is heading to Nepal to train for the big event, "Everest Jump Live," which will be broadcast in more than 200 countries.  No exact date has been announced due the sketchy weather conditions up there, but when he DOES go, he'll zoom down at upwards of 150 mph and is planning to land without a parachute.  Just HOW he intends to land is a closely guarded secret.

Could you do it?

Joby will...most likely sometime in May.
