Justin Bieber has been given a May 5 trial date in his Miami road arrest case.
At a hearing on Tuesday, prosecutors revealed that no plea offer has been made.
The pop star has pleaded not guilty to the charges, which include driving under the influence, resisting arrest and possessing an invalid driver’s license.
An original trial date was delayed during legal wrangling over the release of police station video of Bieber providing a urine sample and performing a sobriety test.
